Adjustments
The work is checked against the scope, and the scope changes when your space, bookings, or tenants do.

Yes. Same-day turns are the core of short-term rental work. Share your usual checkout and check-in times during setup.
Who provides linens?
Either works. Some hosts keep linens on site, others want them handled. That is agreed during setup.
What happens if a guest leaves the unit in bad shape?
We tell you before the next guest arrives, with notes on what was found, so you can decide how to handle it with the guest or the platform.
