Project cleaning

Post-construction cleaning in Charleston

Cleanup for builders, general contractors, and property owners after renovations, build-outs, and new construction. Dust, debris, and residue removed so the space is ready for walkthrough and move-in.

What is included

  • Construction dust removed from surfaces, ledges, and fixtures
  • Floors swept, vacuumed, and mopped
  • Windows and interior glass cleaned, including tracks and sills
  • Stickers, paint specks, and adhesive residue removed from glass and fixtures where possible
  • Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out
  • Kitchens and bathrooms detailed
  • Light fixtures and vent covers dusted
  • Doors, frames, and hardware wiped
  • Small debris bagged for the contractor's dumpster

Phased cleans

Most projects need more than one pass: a rough clean after the trades finish, a final clean before inspection or walkthrough, and a touch-up before move-in. Each is scheduled against your project timeline.

Build-outs and renovations

Office build-outs, retail spaces, and renovated units each get a scope based on square footage and the stage of the project. Hauling and dumpster service are not included.

How it works

From walkthrough to first clean

Step 1

Walkthrough

We walk the space with you and note what gets cleaned, how often, and anything that needs special handling.

Step 2

Written scope

You get the scope and quote in writing, area by area, so both sides know what clean means for your building.

Step 3

First clean

Work starts on the schedule you pick: nights, weekends, between guests, or after the trades leave.

Step 4

Adjustments

The work is checked against the scope, and the scope changes when your space, bookings, or tenants do.

Common questions

When should the cleaning crew come in?

After the trades have finished the work that makes dust. Dates are coordinated with your superintendent or project manager.

Do you remove construction debris?

Small debris is bagged and left for the contractor's dumpster. Hauling is not included.

Can you clean an occupied space after a renovation?

Yes. Occupied spaces are cleaned with care around furniture and equipment, after hours when possible.
