Multi-tenant building cleaning

Common-area and tenant-suite cleaning for office buildings, business parks, and mixed-use properties, with one scope that covers the lobby, the shared restrooms, and every suite that opts in.

What is included

  • Lobbies and entrances cleaned, glass spot-cleaned
  • Elevator interiors, buttons, and door tracks
  • Stairwells and corridors swept, mopped, or vacuumed
  • Shared restrooms cleaned and restocked
  • Common kitchens and break areas
  • Trash rooms and dumpster areas kept tidy
  • Tenant suites cleaned under their own scope where included
  • Issue notes passed to the property manager

Common areas and suites

Owners often contract the common areas while some tenants add their own suites. We can quote both and keep them on separate scopes, so it stays clear who is paying for what.

One point of contact

Property managers get one contact for the building. Anything the crew notices, like a leak or a broken dispenser, gets passed along to you.

How it works

From walkthrough to first clean

Step 1

Walkthrough

We walk the space with you and note what gets cleaned, how often, and anything that needs special handling.

Step 2

Written scope

You get the scope and quote in writing, area by area, so both sides know what clean means for your building.

Step 3

First clean

Work starts on the schedule you pick: nights, weekends, between guests, or after the trades leave.

Step 4

Adjustments

The work is checked against the scope, and the scope changes when your space, bookings, or tenants do.

Common questions

Can tenants arrange suite cleaning directly?

Yes. Tenants can set up suite cleaning separately from the building's common-area contract.

How is common-area frequency set?

By traffic. A busy lobby and shared restrooms usually need service most weekdays, while stairwells and back corridors often need less. We recommend a schedule after walking the building.

Do you work with property management companies?

Yes. Scopes and scheduling are set up around how property managers run their buildings.
