Research buildings often run odd hours. Cleaning is scheduled around your shifts rather than a default evening slot.
How it works
From walkthrough to first clean
Step 1
Walkthrough
We walk the space with you and note what gets cleaned, how often, and anything that needs special handling.
Step 2
Written scope
You get the scope and quote in writing, area by area, so both sides know what clean means for your building.
Step 3
First clean
Work starts on the schedule you pick: nights, weekends, between guests, or after the trades leave.
Step 4
Adjustments
The work is checked against the scope, and the scope changes when your space, bookings, or tenants do.
Common questions
Do you clean lab benches or equipment?
No. Benches, equipment, fume hoods, and anything inside the lab are handled by your lab staff.
Do you handle chemical or biological waste?
No. Lab waste stays with your safety team and its vendors.
Can you work with badge-controlled access?
Yes. Access procedures are set up before the first visit and followed on every one after.
