First clean
Work starts on the schedule you pick: nights, weekends, between guests, or after the trades leave.
Step 4
Adjustments
The work is checked against the scope, and the scope changes when your space, bookings, or tenants do.
Common questions
How often should our building be cleaned?
It depends on headcount and use. A small office may need one or two visits a week. A busy building with shared restrooms usually needs service most nights. We recommend a frequency after the walkthrough, and you decide.
Who provides supplies and equipment?
That is agreed up front and written into the scope, including who supplies paper goods and hand soap.
